    Hootsuite is seeking a dynamic and eager IT newbie to be based in our Bucharest office and who has a passion for technology and possesses exemplary customer service skills. Your challenge, if you choose to accept it, will be to offer first line support to our 300+ EMEA based users across a number of offices, supporting voice and data networks in a predominantly Mac environment. You must have a positive disposition and a natural curiosity for solving IT challenges and problems.


    • Providing 1st/2nd line support for Windows and MACs

    • Manage help desk ticket queue

    • Prioritize user requests and escalate critical issues to senior team members.

    • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of users

    • Assist in documentation and policy creation

    • Assist is ad-hoc projects

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Minimum of 2+ years experience in IT support role

    • Proven experience with help desk duties and a ticketing system

    • Experience with MACs and Windows

    • Working knowledge of Active Directory and G Suite

    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve VoIP issues

    • Experience providing remote support

    • A basic understanding of networking, including configurations and experience troubleshooting wifi issues

    • Excellent communication and people skills

    • Good analytical and problem solving skills

    • BSc/BA in IT/Computer Science or relevant field
