    Responsabilitati

    Proven experience in customer support role will be an advantage.
    L1 Activities:

    * First point of contact for the customer’s employees
    * Assigning of tickets to the responsible support groups
    * Password management (AD, SAP, Alfa/TSO, Lotus Notes, Lotus Notes Web, Norkom)
    * Training and troubleshooting for user programs (MS Office Suite, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, PDF Creator, Lotus Notes, GoToMeeting)
    * VPN-Connection/ Mobile Access Portal support
    * Printers management (mapping, printer queue clearing, address book management, toner ordering, troubleshooting, creating of onsite support requests)
    * Support for bank offices advertising screens (remote fix, checking of advertising content, mapping, creating of onsite support requests)
    * Telephony support (landline phones, mobile phones)
    * Support for branch bank officers on ATMs troubleshooting, sending of service requests to the external vendor technicians
    * Hotline for ATM customers
