Procurement Analyst with French

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

- Nice to have technical knowledge in voice&data telecom lines (WAN, LAN, ADSL, MPLS, ISDN, BTIP, Man Ethernet)
- Previous experience in a similar project represents a plus
- Motivated to learn and to improve communication skills
- Advanced French and English skills
- Good analytical & investigating skills
- Proactive and continuous improvement oriented
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines

- Recording the procurement requests made by the users
- Analyzing the suppliers offers according to existing contracts, agreed prices
- Treating the orders and managing the escalations in the landline phone services
- Optimisation, analyses and improvement of landline phone services (MDSL)
- Controlling all the data related to orders, invoices, payments accuracy
- Operational back-up for the supervisor if needed
- Carrying out call meetings with the suppliers & the procurement team from Paris
