Training Analyst with French

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in MS Office Office Tools and HTML - Medium Level
- Prior experience in the field of human resources – advantage
- Knowledge of professional training session management tools – advantage
- French language - advanced level (spoken and written)
- English language - medium level

- Be in charge of the administrative activities related to the training sessions, which take place in France and Canada
- Organize training sessions by collaborating with suppliers and the planning manager
- Create and save sessions in My Learning; cancel the incomplete sessions because of the small number of participants
- Make purchase orders for established sessions and validate invoices issued by the service providers
- Manage time sheets
- Keep track of open sessions, check the fill rate of each session and do the necessary actions (maintaining or canceling sessions)
- Participate in weekly meetings with Project Managers and proceed according to decisions made during these meetings
- Manage implementation plans for new trainings and their implementation
- Manage the annual training plan
