• Previous experience with data / systems management
• In-depth understanding of SAP system & Master Data (preferably SAP MM knowledge)
• Good Excel and Access knowledge
• Fluent in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Very good analytical skills and detail oriented in all tasks carried out
• Self-motivated and pro-active individual with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Awareness and understanding of “end to end” impacts of Business Processes and Data across the business
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks according to the business needs

• Manages data and data integrity across systems
• Acts as Expert User who can approve, validate or reject Master Data maintenance requests
• Handles material master data related projects, including new materials creation, materials maintenance - extension or deletion, materia change requests,such as BOM changes, recipe changes, material statuses, etc.
• Manages material – related data in several systems, ensuring that de data is aligned with the business needs
• Understands & actions Master Data Processes in accordance with the Process Maps and SOP's.
• Root cause and addresses Master Data issues highlighted by Master Data Validation checks.
• Ensures process adherence for Master Data, sharing and driving best practice throughout the organization.
• Ensures that requests are handled in a timely manner and followed up regularly
• Participates as a subject matter expert in material master data projects / processes
• Attends own project calls and meetings, negotiates deadlines together with the project team, ensuring correct expectations from a material master data perspective
• SPOC for the project side of the team
• On the job training and coaching for new joiners
• Assigns project within the team and provide support when needed; ensure team members follow up on their projects and get involved in their own project calls and meetings
• Resolves any problem areas of existing data integrity and provide solutions going forward
• Is an active member of assigned integration projects that involve Master Data changes.
• Drives Master Data Best Practice and optimization
• Maintenance & cleansing of Master Data to ensure high quality Master Data is consistently achieved.
• Ensures process adherence for Master Data, sharing and driving best practice throughout the organization.
• Provides a single point of contact for Business Stakeholders with respect to best practice Data management, improvement and performance
• Uses SQL for script records/updates/trunchate/duplicate checks or new querys in Winshuttle software. This software acts as LSMW SAP t-code
• Checks and rewrite the codes according to business needs.
• Writes queries in order to identify duplicates in description or code.
