    Requirements

    Cargill Animal Nutrition (CAN) operates today in 40 countries and 280 locations, producing more than 62,000 tons of animal feed per day and more than 16 million tons per year. We deliver innovative solutions to help our customers win in Five Global Species Segments: poultry, pork, ruminants, aqua and additives.

    As a member of our Cargill Animal Nutrition (CAN) team, this role will will provides full support to the business, but mainly to the Sales and Marketing Team in regard with business reporting, contracts administration, products portfolio and price lists maintenance.

    •University degree, Economical/ Business university preferred;
    •Previous experience in creating reports by gathering various data from different sources is an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    •Creates sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly): volumes sold, margins generated (by territory, by product line); and shares with relevant distribution lists as per report design
    •Administrates the Sales Shared Point, daily uploading the files into the shared point (reports, performance proofs, etc.)
    •Follows up on contract compliance and makes the necessary contract updates for existing customers (contracts in place and achieved, addendums updated)
    •Liaise with Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) team for customer and contracts maintenance in the system (customer data, “ship to” locations, block/de-block customers, etc.)
    •Check the new customer information accuracy (all legal requirements for contracting), issued the contract drafts, follows up for customer’s setting in the system (customer creation, price list assignment, etc.)
    •Creates – as per requirement – contracts and addendums for other situations, related to commercial activities, such as marketing activities, complaints settlements, events/ meetings organizing
    •Coordinates with print suppliers the contract execution for marketing and communication materials
    •Maintains accurate price lists, for all Commercial Units and customer segments and communicates price offers and price lists to sales teams in field and to customers (upon request)
    •Actively contributes to the Recognition Program by collecting proposals and communicating to Recognition committee
    •Translate the monthly Green Team communication material and share it with Local Accountability Team
    •Support commercial team by managing the bookings and reservations (accommodation, meeting locations, tickets) for travels, meetings, events.
