Requirements:
• Pragmatic problem solving skills, results oriented, tenacious and resilient;
• Ambitious person with very good analytical, structural and communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment;
• Driving license B is a must;
• Project management abilities – experience is a plus;
• Fluent English – any additional is a plus.
Qualifications and background:

• University degree – preferable mechanical;
• Minim 3 years prior experience in B2B Sales, with medium and large production companies;
• Experience in packaging is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relations with existing customers;
• Develop new projects with existing and new customers;
• Responsible for customer satisfaction.
Key Challenges:
• Maintain a high level of flexibility and responsiveness;
• Be proactive to anticipate potential problems, customer needs, as well projects opportunities;
• Coordinate development of packaging solutions that will reduce customer total cost connected to packaging;
• Cooperate with internal departments in order to assure prompt and efficient reaction
• Prepare and present offers.
