Application Software Developer for P ES - TSR

We Powertrain Engine System Timisoara are looking for application software developers to be part of our most important gasoline engine management project with BMW customer. You will be part of a software project team which develops and integrates a large variety of engine functionalities (e.g. thermal management, airpath actuators, variable valve lift and timing, torque management) using different agile development methods like scrum sprints, Kanban, continues integration and testing, mix approaches. As application software developer you will be responsible to: * Analyze and clarify the software specifications based on the information received from technical responsible * Define software design according to established processes and methods * Integrate software releases in the platforms or customer project applications * Create the module and integration test specifications and execute the module and integration tests according to the development process * Ensure the software component quality, testability and maintainability our products, tools, processes and organization.

Requirements: * University degree in Automation and Computer Science / Informatics / Electronics and Communication * Good ANSI C programming skills * Object Oriented Programing (e.g. Python) (will be a plus) * Matlab/Simulink (will be a plus) * Good communication and learning abilities.
