    Job role

    The role of IT Project Manager is responsible for managing international projects related to the actuarial platforms.



    • Lead projects, in particular planning, operation and controlling of the individual project stages as well as quality, risk, time, budget and resource management
    • Structure projects regarding organization and timeline
    • Ensure the project related information flow and type of documentation, frequency and responsibilities
    • Coordinate and steer external partners
    • Ensure a smooth transition from project to BAU (Business as usual)



    • Excellent experience in operating IT systems (5+ years)
    • Solid background in actuarial IT solutions (2+ years)
    • Good English skills (B2)
    • Proven project management skills
    • Very well organized (structured) person
    • Fundamental experience in IT Infrastructure components



    • Reputation as a team player
    • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with high customer focus
    • Ability to work with all levels of staff
    • Cultural sensitivity in order to fit into a multinational project setup
