    Requirements

    Studies: university degree;
    Experience: sourcing and transactional procurement preferred, experience with suppliers and order management, POSM development, POSM production;
    Foreign languages: English (reading, writing, speaking – high level), any other additional foreign language is a plus;
    PC Skills: MS Office – mandatory at high level (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); SAP MM is a major plus;
    Other skills and capabilities:
    - Analysis and diagnose capability;
    - Planning capabilities;
    - Drives and delivers results;
    - Organized and structured;
    - Good negotiator and communicative person.

    Responsibilities

    Prepares the necessary data for designated POSM sourcing projects;
    Coordinates POSM acquisition projects end to end for “from the shelf” solutions such as catalogue gifts or standardized items, printed materials with appropriate technical solution for production;
    Ensures support for Trade Marketing Department by performing administrative tasks related with POSM Orders Placing, Cycle Planning monitoring and other necessary administrative tasks related to Trade Marketing projects;
    Monitors the Commercial Assets CAPEX spend for Trade Marketing Department and assist in the compiling financial reports such as monthly and PF budget reports;
    Works closely with different departments (Procurement, Finance & Accounting, Tax, Legal, Sales etc.) in various administrative tasks.
