    - Studii superioare finalizate;
    - Experienta minim 1 an pe o pozitie cu atributii similare;
    - Abilitati in aplicarea eficienta a metodelor si instrumentelor specifice privind recrutarea si selectia resurselor umane;
    - Cunoasterea legislatiei aplicabile domeniului de activitate;
    - Excelente abilitati de comunicare si relationare;
    - Cunostinte computer: Excel (avansat), Word, PowerPoint;
    - Cunostinte de limba engleza: nivel avansat;
    - Capacitate de prioritizare a sarcinilor;
    - Responsabilitate, capacitate de analiza si atentie la detalii;
    - Adaptabilitate, atitudine proactiva, capacitate de a inova.

    Responsabilitati

    - Asigura gestionarea eficienta a procesului de recrutare si selectie pentru posturile vacante;
    - Selecteaza candidatii potriviti si sustine interviurile;
    - Propune liste scurte pentru etapele finale ale procesului de selectie, oferind feedback fiecarui candidat;
    - Asigura indeplinirea formalitatilor de angajare cu privire la candidatii selectati;
    - Gestioneaza procesul de integrare in companie a noilor angajati;
    - Administreaza si actualizeaza documentele specifice activitatii de resurse umane;
    - Intocmeste rapoarte specifice departamentului.
