APT recruits for it's client, a company that delivers IT Services, Business and Technology Consulting, IT Outsourcing and System Integration services & solutions a Content Review Analyst .

As a Content Review Analyst, you will:

o Assist the social media community and help resolve enquiries empathetically, accurately and on time
o Become and remain knowledgeable about Customer products and community standards
o Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for the social media community
o Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on Customer’s online platform (social media) such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content
o Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
o Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
