    -Professional qualifications in the fields of: international relations, order management, supply chain, logistics.
    - Computer skills, MS Office package required.
    - Foreign languages skills:
    - Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken
    - German or French will represent a big advantage

    General Scope of the job:
    Offering Client operational support and processing all transactions received from Client.

    Job Objectives:
    - Client relationships administration.
    - Backlog order management.
    - Addressing all written/verbal requests and complaints received from the Client.
    - Process improvements.

    -Manages Client relationship through providing daily operational support via telephone and e-mail.
    -Acts as one contact to the Client, communicating all relevant information and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    -Deals with commercial checks on orders.
    -Deals with and coordinates any order prioritization requests with the supply chain organizations to meet client expectations.
    -Realizes operational reviews with Client Operational staff.
    -Represents an interface with sales, marketing, logistics and all suppliers worldwide.
    -Manages all Transaction Processing Activities and finds solutions to raised queries and issues.
    -Proactive monitors backlog of orders using different tools and reports and works to avoid escalations.
    -Ensures structured and high quality communication related to issues affecting the order backlog.
    -Deals with all written or verbal requests from the Clients (inquiries, complaints).
    -Uses own judgment to escalate issues at the right time and to the correct owner.
    -Ensures that NXP policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are met and maintained.
    -Manages all quality incidents reported by the Clients.

    Duration of the assignment: a minimum of 6 months
