    Cerinte

    - 1-3 years of work experience, a track record in recruitment is a significant advantage but not a must, talented fresh-graduates are also welcome
    -Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
    -Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
    -Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
    - College/university degree
    - Fluency in English and ideally fluency in a second foreign language knowledge to be able to build a strong network with bilingual candidates
    - Background in recruitment or willingness to change profession is also welcome
    - Openness and willingness to do business development (relevant experience is a benefit)
    - Good organizational skills and independent thinking
    - Open personality: likes interacting with people, interested in others, a real team-player
    - Bright and sharp mind with a go-getter attitude and assertive communication
    - Energetic, result-oriented and proactive approach

    Responsabilitati

    - Full execution of the recruitment process from job-intake, designing job advertisements, phone screening, interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers until the fulfilment of the vacancies
    - Using and continuously seeking for creative and innovative candidate sourcing techniques to identify and attract the best talents on the market
    - Building lasting client and candidate relationships, defining their needs and helping them grow their business by offering them the best candidates on the market
    - Account and project management tasks
    - Active involvement in campus recruitment which includes delivering presentations for students about tips regarding job searching and preparing for interviews
    - Developing active pool of talents using diverse platforms
    - Building and developing of own network amongst candidates and clients by attending conferences and professional events
