    - Professional experience travel&expenses ( 2-3 year experience);
    - Fluency in Polish and English;
    - Working knowledge of MS Office (especially of Excel for data analysis);
    - Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills;
    - Well-organized and reliable;
    - An analytical mind with strong business acumen;
    - Customer-oriented approach;
    - Willing to travel 1-2 trips/year and for the transition period.


    Mission of the position

    In strong collaboration with the Global travel manager, the Europe time zone Travel Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the corporate travel strategies, reaching the travel program objectives, in order to achieve a best in class performance in each country/region of his/her area of responsibility.

    Main activities:

    - To manage the operations, processes and implementation of travel and all related services;
    - Work in collaboration with the Travel Agency, the Group Travel Manager and the teams involved in Travel and Expenses processes at time zone level as well as at group/region/country level (purchasing, finance, personnel, safety, health, etc.);
    - Drive our travel suppliers and partners within all countries of the Europe time zone;
    - Be involved in projects related to the travel program (objectives set by the Global Travel Manager).
