Novartis - Production supervisor trainee

The position is responsible for the proper running of production and the compliance with the work duties that derive from it; The position is responsible for organizing HSE activities and training of subordinate staff on work safety activities; Responsible for specific training of subordinate staff with standard operating procedures , sanitation , etc. as established by the TRMS training plans; The position is responsible for the implementation of GMP, SSM, SU procedures and environmental protection within the Production Department; Responsible for accurate and timely informing about the detected quality problems; Responsible for the management of fixed assets and inventory items from the production area; Civil and material liable for any damage to the detriment of the company by any act contrary to its interests, by imprudent management, by abusive or negligent use of Sandoz funds; Throughout functioning, she must keep strictly confidential the data and information regarding SANDOZ activity; Observes SU, SSM, environmental protection, GMP rules and the specific procedures; Accountable for product quality and compliance with GXP , including adequate reporting to higher hierarchical levels of any product quality issues , incidents and GxP nonconformities ; Is responsible for reporting to the management of any activities that have the potential to compromise the quality system or product quality, in accordance with the Escalation Quality Directive of Novartis Quality Manual ; Is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of documentation completed.

Minimum requirements

Higher education to be completed – Pharmacist, Chemist or Chemical Engineer. English at an advanced level Minimum 3 months experience in the field Prerequisites: The position requires experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in other institutions that have implemented an ISO quality system; Specific courses / authorizations / mandatory licenses: Specializations in the field of pharmaceutical technique Computer skills: Office package (Word , Excel , etc. ) SAP, MES, Trackwise, TRMS, QAD
