• Objective, concise and customer facing Communication skills
• Organizational and Time management skills
• Experience with platforms like Windows/Unix/Linux
• Basic Networking or DB knowledge (or both)
• Basic knowledge of coding (i.e. HTML, XML, Java, Java script, C#, Perl, etc.)
To join the team, you must be comfortable in a technical environment and be able to discuss complex product behaviour/features with customers and possess a demonstrated ability to analyse and solve problems. There are also account management duties involved with this role; proven communication and organizational skills are a must.
You will be able to consult on installation and implementation issues, recommend improvements, and contribute to product development based on your direct customer interaction. Other possibilities include opportunity to write scripts, test product functionality, as well as option travel to customer sites (not required).
