.NET Developer

   DARE (Development Advice & Resources) is a consultancy company with a focus on helping organizations realize the potential in their people and on helping people discovering their talents. Services are organized into four areas: People Strategy; Organizational Performance; Talent Management; Adoption and Change Management Execution.

We are looking for a .NET Developer to join our team. He/she should be a real team player, flexible and highly responsible. Problem solving skills and attention to detail are highly appreciated as well.

In addition to the above, our next colleague should have:
Very good knowledge of .NET programming, PHP & MySQL( at least one MVC framework like Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony, Yii);
Very good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (Media queries, animations/transforms etc), Javascript framework (jQuery mainly), Responsive web design principles, Cross-browser compatibility and graceful degradation;
Determination and focus on delivering quality work, result oriented and willingness to further develop its knowledge;
Strong analytical skills, attention to details, ability to understand projects and user needs.

Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices;
Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices;
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases;
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs;
Create and maintain software documentation;
Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site;
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities;
Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent.
