We are looking for a colleague with:
College degree, preferably in science/medical e.g.pharmacy/nursing/medicine/science, and be capable of reviewing clinical papers and crafting appropriate claims. Advanced English (written and spoken)
Energetic self-starter who can work independently but also in inter-disciplinary teams;
Result oriented, must pursue his/her goals with zeal and commitment;
Creative as well as analytical with excellent planning skills;
Strong leader, capable of lead other strong-willed managers;
Adaptable and capable to work in a fast-changing environment;
Capacity for synthesis matched with good attention to detail.
To develop and prepare tactical deliverables in line with the agreed Healthcare Professionals strategies for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with local and global programs. This will consider the technical/scientific as well as commercial arguments;
To develop the annual Healthcare Professionals marketing plan, specifically ensuring that Healthcare Professionals and key recommender issues and initiatives are identified and resources agreed in the planning process;
To identify key Healthcare Professionals Conferences, seminars and exhibitions involving Healthcare Professionals and position RBs participation in these events (excl KOLs);
To Work with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to ensure all elements of marketing strategy are achievable and achieved;
To work with Brand / Global Professional Relations team feeding into the development of global strategies and initiatives as well as implement locally global activities.
