    Cunostinte medicale (tehnice) bune referitoare la patologie si terapeutica;
    Abilitati de comunicare si prezentare foarte bune;
    Abilitati de vanzare si negociere foarte bune;
    Abilitati de analiza foarte bune;

    Profil personal:
    Competente de comunicare foarte ridicate si competente interpersonale foarte bune; abilitati de start-up, abilitati de construire si mentinere a relatiilor profesionale cu clientii si cu propria echipa;
    Abilitati de negociere si persuasiune cu clientii;
    Orientat catre rezultate, spirit antrepreneurial si auto-motivant;
    Tenace si rezistent in fata provocarilor/obstacolelor;
    Abilitatea de a gandi “outside the box“.


    Selectarea grupului de clienti (doctori din diferite specializari si farmacii) in conformitate cu directiile si clasamentul de criterii comunicate pentru fiecare ciclu promotional;
    Respectarea structurii vizitei (obiectiv, produse, mesaje, materiale etc.) asa cum a fost comunicata pentru fiecare ciclu promotional;
    Rezolvarea intrebarilor tehnice si a obiectiilor cu privire la produse primite de la client;
    Verificarea ratei de recomandare pe client (doctor, farmacii ) in concordanta cu obiectivele stabilite si revizuirea grupului de clienti pentru optimizarea ratei de recomandare/ grup de client ;
    Realizarea prezentarii individuale, meselor rotunde etc pentru HCP (doctori, farmacii)
    Participarea la evenimente medicale (simpozioane, conferinte, congrese, etc.): prezentarea produselor, prezentari individuale, managementul KOL etc.;
    Realizarea unui raport privind activitatile periodice si intretinerea bazei de date a clientilor;
    Realizarea altor activitati de marketing medical sau vanzari alocate de catre managerul direct.
