    • Implementation of the norms ISO 9001, CENELEC 50126 / 50128 / 50129
    • Proven training or coaching experience

    Responsibilities

     Manage QA requirements, reconcile and flow down to project
     Derive QA requirements from Chorus, TIMS and applicable Customer/ Industry standards (e.g. CENELEC 50128) and reflect in appropriate plan (e.g. QAP)
     Consolidate Quality requirements with Contract, Customer requests, Subcontractor as applicable
     Facilitate reconciliation of key stakeholder requirements with focus on Customer concerns
     Review the prioritization of requirements (e.g. Kano analysis). Monitor requirements elicitation and development.
     Verify (Coach/Design with SEM) the method to demonstrate that requirements are achieved.
     Plan QA Activities and coach for appropriate tailoring of engineering artefacts.
     Guide project team to define project baseline, lifecycle milestones, identify maturity weaknesses and initial risks, determine relevant tailoring for artefacts.
     Prepare the decision milestones, ensure entry criteria are fulfilled, tailor checklist as appropriate, content is clear to enable achievement and stakeholders are in attendance
     Tailor QA activities to address maturity gaps and risks identified and analyzed
     Plan QA activities: Create QA WPD (as needed), QA Plan and Schedule
     Challenge, Monitor and Control artefacts and suitability of WP/ project activity
     Challenge/ Review team (with respect to content and process) and approve the artefacts produced by the team
     Analyze with the team to provide appropriate action plans (responses).
     Challenge work performed against committed sources (e.g. WPDs, plans, practices)
     Continuously monitor project execution against plans, internal/ external standards, Customer needs/expectations, management decisions and relevant changes of mgmt system.
     Perform analysis to support engineering management and value creation. Identify and provide appropriate treatment for deviations.
     Facilitate dependencies analysis. Conduct / moderate impact analysis session with respect to of requirements
     Identify trends, deviations, risks and opportunities proactively, communicate and agree with the team on needed responses.
     Analyze and Document RFD/RFW with the relevant lead.
     Ensure all ECRs and ECOs are addressed and completed
     Moderate analysis sessions, ensure that trade-offs are documented and validated.
     Assess performance in key maturity areas and provide adequate response. Verify effectiveness of QA measures.
     Prepare QA Advice and analyze together with Discipline Maturity Leaders / SEMs/WPMs
     Define and monitor to closure action plans. Escalate as needed
     Analyze actions effectiveness and efficiency. As needed perform/ redo root cause analysis.
     Provide accurate reporting with respect to project status and deliverables, consolidate QMR.
