Knowledge of Big Data Concepts, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Modelling, Data Mart, Data Extraction and Reporting
Knowledge of Data Base fundamentals, high ability to work analysing and manipulating data with high level of expertise in SQL and Excel is required
Ability to write a technical analysis document with all the necessary contents for the development team.
Strong analytical skills and well-founded knowledge of economics and risk- Interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Flexibility and open-minded approach towards different cultures and business environments

Knowledge of the major products and processes of at least a medium-sized commercial bank, and willingness to keep up-to-date with new products and processes by means of using the tools provided by Unicredit (MyLearning, for example)
Deep understanding of financial KPIs (EVA and EVA Tree, EBIT, Wacc, ROI, ROE, RACE, RWA, OPI, etc..) is a plus
Ability to work and deal with mathematical formulas, problems and mathematical tools is a plus
Excellent command of English language; Italian language command is a benefit

Analysis and interpretation of business/functional requirements, carrying out response activities in terms of business analysis, requirements clarifications, scope framing and testing guidelines
Participates in the feasibility Study if needed in order to define the solutions
Provides value-added solutions to Business in terms of going beyond the initial requirements, with creativity and command of the requirements
Acts with strong connections with the other member of the team
Interacts with Data Scientists as to define value-added solutions to Business / GDO in data-driven projects, as to exploit BIGDATA framework
Interacts with Business / GDO and UBIS-Modelling to ensure the best solutions in technical and business lineage related to Metadata Management
Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, first of all functional specification (FS) and support of technical concepts for IT development
Ensures the quality of the documentation provided by External Providers
Is identified as Single Point of Contact (FSPOC) for functional clarifications
Prepares Function Point preliminary estimation
Coordination of the test phase within UniCredit Services
