    Cerinte

    •University Degree
    •Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
    •Hands on research experience using multiple sources
    •Strong commitment and desire to deliver high quality services to the customers
    •Proactive and highly resourceful when dealing with new and difficult situations
    •Very good communication skills, ability to easily establish interpersonal relationships, emotional balance
    •High degree of consciousness, focus on results
    •Fluency in English;

    Responsabilitati

    •In charge with the full cycle of the recruitment process covering specialists, middle and top management roles - from sourcing, screening, interviewing of candidates, evaluating using candidate profiling instruments, short-listing and customer management
    •Liaising and building long term relationships based on trust with our customers, gain in depth understanding of their business in order to offer them customized services and appropriate candidates
    •Properly understand the targeted market, industries and job scopes, perform accurate information and targeted candidates search
    •Attract top-talent through various sources, including, but not limited to direct approach, network, referrals, job boards, social media etc.
    •Conduct interviews and assessing candidates using best in class selection instruments (CEB – SHL Talent Measurement Solutions)
    •Provide analytical and well-documented candidate reports
    •Opportunity to work on additional HR consultancy projects from organizational diagnosis, implementation of HR core-processes, workshops, Assessment Centers, etc
