Health and Safety, Environment and Ergonomics Coordinator

· University degree;
· 2 years experience on a similar position;
· Health & Safety Specialist course (80 hours);
· ISO 14001 Internal Auditor;
· OHSAS 18001 Internal Auditor;
· PSI technical framework qualification;
· Risk Assessor course;
· Waste Specialist course;
· Fluency in English.

· Coordinating the activity on health, safety, ergonomics and environment;
· Monitoring contractors to ensure they are compliant with minimum HSEE requirements and have a valid permit to work;
· Maintaining the HSE and environment system management;
· Ensuring that the company’s HSEE policies are fully complied with in order to reduce the risk of litigation;
· Co-ordinating and controlling First Aid activities, accident & spillage investigations and collation of accident statistics (internal and external reporting);
· Liaising with Regional HSEE Manager and HR Team on occupational health issues;
· Liaising with the Regional HSEE Manager on all environmental compliance issues;
· Hosting and leading safety meetings;
· Representing the plant externally on HSEE issues, in cooperation and agreement with the regional HSEE Manager;
· Controlling of incidents involving fire or other emergencies;
· Acting as the “internal consultant” to the plant manager and to the plant management team;
· Conducting statutory required measurements like noise measurements, ESD measuring, Infrared measuring;
· Initiating appropriate corrective actions;
· Providing and/or conducting training in all HSEE matters.
