     University graduate or above
     Written and spoken fluency in business English
     Up to 2-3 years prior experience in Business Process Outsourcing environment or comparable service/process management environment and 1+ years of prior experience as a trainer
     Availability to start immediately


     Delivering the training programs to the team of content review analysts on a Social Media project
     Documenting the training reports / trackers
     Liaising with managers to determining training needs and schedule training sessions
     Supporting and mentoring new employees
     Conducting evaluations to identify areas of improvement
     Adapting to process changes and modify the workflow
