Manage and execute a repeatable process for seamless transition from sales to sustainment using Cloud Services endorsement-by-construction process Manage client onboarding process to ensure successful integration, strong customer adoption and renewal of services. Work with Professional Service organization to develop scope-of-work for consulting and configuration efforts. Manage partner and OEM engagements. Build relationships with key customer executives and departmental managers. Assist leadership with developing the managed services strategy and business model to identify expansion opportunities. Investigate and understand the internal business processes of client base to assist them with their solution strategy. Identify and cultivate new opportunities by making existing client base aware of new, emerging or existing technologies, demonstrate the value of these technologies and how they can affect positive results for the client Retention: Protect existing portfolio by ensuring client objectives continue to be met Coordinate internal resources to build strong partnerships and successful cross-department service delivery model. Act as the client POC for escalations, expansions, and all managed service needs Provide technical sales support to Cloud Services business develop managers on on-boarding process.Other info
