2 years minimum experience as a MS Dynamics Developer
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Advanced level of English
French would be a plus

Parametrization and development of an MSD CRM for Telecom operators:
• Web Development SOA Services on MSD for Selfcare Web application access Http and IOS / Android Mobile Applications
• Customer management modules
• Customer support management / call center / trouble ticketing
• Sales Force automation, sales network management, lead tracking and quotes
