Junior Billing Analyst with English

For our customer, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, we are looking for Billing Staff openings with:

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word);
- Excellent written communication and documentations skills;
- Ability to work independently, as well as to work well within a team;
- Availability to work over-time;
- High attention to details and accuracy;
- Foreign language skills: English (advanced).

- Offers administrative support for Contract Commerce and Fulfillment Management department;
- Reads the sales contracts and analyzes in detail all information regarding the trade/ payment terms;
- Registers the invoice information in the internal systems;
- Recognizes the potential risk of the key trade/ payment terms and finds solutions to support the fulfillment of the contract to customer;
- Communicates with related departments to obtain the supporting documents for fulfillment.
