    Requirements

    o Business Bachelor Degree and relevant business experience is a must
    o Minimum 3 years of experience with Business/ Business Development or Sales (field/call-center);
    o Business acumen; result focused; action oriented;
    o Strong analytical and presentation skills, logical thinking;
    o Good command of basic mathematics is a must. Proven experience in using basic mathematics at work is good to have.
    o Good time management and task management abilities
    o Experience in dealing with business training is nice to have
    o Proven track record of ability to work under pressure
    o Self-disciplined and ability to prioritize tasks
    o Very good English skills; German or French would be a plus
    o Knowledge in working with Microsoft Office suite (especially PPT and Excel
    o Availability to light travel


    Responsibilities

    Your Day-To-Day:

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
    o Get familiar with the business of ATP Partners in EMEA, by working directly with the partners and regional leadership (business manager, Academic team, channel/ software sales team);
    o Be able to review partner training business and determine focus / areas for improvements;
    o Inform and develop partners on existing and new offering launched by PTC University;
    o Monitor partners against KPIs; organize periodical review calls and visits; feel comfortable about having review sessions even when KPIs are not met.
    o Support our partners in developing their Training Sales Skills
    o Develop under-performing geographies by recruiting new partners and develop these partners to achieve KPIs.


    FORECAST and REPORTING:
    o Responsible of delivering against overall quota assigned;
    o Share weekly forecast with ecosystem and update data in Pulse
    o Run quarterly in-depth territory analysis and present this to PTC’s ecosystem

    COMMUNICATION
    o Main contact between PTC University and training partners;
    o Quarterly business reviews with partners in alignment with business managers and partner managers;
    o Manage conflicts on direct accounts in collaboration with PTC University Business Manager.
