As a Product Owner/ Business Analyst, you will be responsible with building and delivering products in line with product roadmap/s and/or client requirement/s. Also, you will be consulted in
• Sales strategy formulation
• Product Vision, strategy and roadmap formulation


Key responsibilities for this role are to:

• Develop, plan and maintain an EPIC/Story backlog ready for further enhancements in the scrum teams. This includes happy path acceptance criteria for each EPIC/Story in a BDD format.
• Refine the story in the scrums and drive the story delivery process in the scrums removing all impediments unless they need technical guidance.
• Model the business architecture of a feature in a generic and extensible manner. This includes maximizing commonality and reusability across products
• Provide updates to Senior Management including other stake holders (Clients, Product Management, Professional services) on the delivery progress of the backlog items both short (quarterly) term and longer term (12 months)
• Confirm definition of done for each story based on Agile matrices maintained for each story in each sprint.
• Model solutions and drive high level estimates during RFP responses and other pre-sales activities
• Act as subject matter experts (SME) representing the company

To be successful in this role, we would like you to have proven experience or an appetite for the following:
• Business analysis and business modelling in capital markets particularly in trading, surveillance, clearing, counter party risk management or central securities depositories
