CRM Custom Development Duties
The candidate will need experience in the following packages:
• Apex – Triggers/Alerts
CRM Advanced Administration Duties
Certification required – ADM 201 qualification preferred as well as Platform Developer I
• Territory Management
• Dashboards & Reporting
• Configuration, accounts, contacts, tasks, notes etc
• User Setup
• Documentation – Updating existing technical documentation
• Case Management reviews – Making sure technical spec for all functional enhancements are fully completed before the review of functionality for each release.
• First line support for specific user groups i.e. marketing, services or others tbd.
• Technical audits on user profiles, hierarchy etc.
• Functionality audits. Conducting functionality audit workshops with user groups to ensure the functionality that exists is still working correctly. And if not creating logging bugs to be addressed.
Business Analysis/Requirements Definition:
• Meeting with different user groups to document their requirements
• Understanding at a high level of different departments business needs from finance to sales and marketing
• Creation of technical specs
Desired additional technical skills:
- Knowledge of SQL
Reporting into the IT Manager. The role will be a mix of advanced custom development duties and advanced SFDC administration. Deep understanding of APEX essential. In addition to creating solutions based on specs. As the successful candidate understand the business more fully they will undertake BA responsibilities liaising defined business units direct.
Temenos is a fast paced ever changing environment. Therefore the candidate needs to be able to work to deadlines and changing requirements in a pressurised work environment.

Provide coaching to junior team members to upskill them on Salesforce.com
Provide Salesforce training to end users within Services teams, CAT Team etc
Prepare User Guides for various newly built functionality within Salesforce.com
Identify various opportunities to improve the system, automate processes and enhance User Experience
