    Requirements

    • University degree or pursuing Bachelor courses
    • Proficiency in English and Dutch (min. B2 level)
    • At least 6-12 months work experience
    • Attention to details
    • Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
    • Previous experience in a call center / transaction or customer service process would be an advantage;

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    As a Travel & Expenses Officer, you will handle a Business-to-Business process, supporting client's employees in submitting the reimbursement requests for their travel. In your daily activity, you will be in charge with the following tasks:
    - Processing employee expense reports for reimbursement;
    - Ensuring compliance with the corporate policy by auditing expense receipts and payment requests;
    - Responding professionally to different types of inquiries and working with local country staff;
    - Providing ongoing recommendations for process and procedural changes;
    - Acting with responsibility and accuracy;
    The role is our office from Timisoara, Romania
