    Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (energy, mechanics, construction, building services engineering)
    Facilities or building management/ engineering or related qualification such as project/ business/ construction management represent a plus
    Experience in construction, maintenance and all facets of facility operation
    Experience in Pharma/ Food/ Beverages industry represents a plus
    Solid computer (IT skills) and systems knowledge


    Involve in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to: building and grounds maintenance, cleaning, catering and vending, health and safety, procurement and contract management, security, space management, utilities and communications infrastructure
    Develop and implement a facility management program including preventive maintenance and life-cycle requirement
    Ensure buildings and facilities comply with health and safety standards, and meet the industry codes and the applicable legislation requirements
    Coordinate intra-office moves
    Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling, parking, maintenance, mail and archiving
    Manage the relationships with vendors and suppliers, obtain quotes and tenders, negotiate contracts, coordinate, monitor, check and follow-up on their activities
    Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met
    Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and minimize the consequences
    Calculate and compare costs for required goods and services to maximize the cost-effectiveness ratio
    Oversee facility renovations, as well as supervise the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
    Plan best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings or reorganization of current premises
    Manage and lead change while ensuring minimum disruption to core activities
    Monitor and demonstrate the agreed service levels achievement and develop and implement cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
