Your profile:
• minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management;
• university studies;
• ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders;
• Good knowledge of Corporate banking products and processes;
• economical and financial knowledge;
• excellent ability to coordinate people, developing and motivating project teams;
• strong communication and negotiation skills.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
• project plans creation and execution according to the Project Charter and make sure that the time, scope, budget and quality are according to the expectations from the moment the Projects are approved;
• design and plan the initiative, by actively identifying and assessing possible synergies and interactions both within the initiative;
• define the governance of the initiative and the different layers of interaction;
• secure resources from all involved stakeholders and coordinates the resources teams allocated per Project;
• plan and subsequently manage the approved budget;
• identify and evaluate the risks associated with the Project and take proactive measures to mitigate them;
• monitor the execution of the Project Plan and initiate appropriate corrective measures when needed (Change Request Management). Monitor, analyze and provide data related to business and IT resources capacity and allocation at initiative level to the allocated Project support specialist;
• perform regular reporting to required stakeholders.
