    Cerinte

    •Minimum 5 years Information Technology experience;
    •Minimum 2 years Networking Specific experience;
    •Voice Communications exp. (VoIP, other others) Cisco Voice a big plus;
    •Experience with network troubleshooting and monitoring tools(Solarwinds);
    •Knowledge of Wireless protocols, standards, and security;
    •Excellent troubleshooting and organization skills;
    •Experience working in a high pressure computer operations environment;
    •Ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision;
    •Ability to learn quickly and implement new technologies in a rapid, demanding, and changing environment;
    •Excellent communication and problem solving skills.



    Specific Knowledge:
    •English Fluent;
    •Networking: Layer 2 (Ethernet, switches, VLAN), TCP/IP, IP routing;
    •Juniper Secure Portal (SSL VPN): Portal management, create and provide access to remote users;
    •Unix and Linux: basic knowledge;
    •Good understanding of wireless technologies and overall strategy for large scale deployments;
    •VoIP (Cisco Call Manager, Unity, IOS Voice Gateway);
    •Juniper NSM and Juniper ScreenOS Firewalls;
    •Solarwinds: monitor network devices, monitor network performance

    Responsabilitati

    •Execute daily, weekly and monthly administrative tasks required to maintain the health of the corporate network. These would include monitoring and responding to alerts and notifications;
    •Maintain Wide Area Network through monitoring, maintenance & management of network infrastructure devices;
    •Support of network outages and degradation of service;
    •Day to day problem solving of any IT tickets related to the corporate network;
    •Network troubleshooting, performance issues (identify bottlenecks);
    •Perform firewalls security policy management, understand network address translation (NAT) and VPN technologies;
    •Maintain secure access policies for remote users to internal company resources;
    •Manage VoIP infrastructure;
    •Manage Zscaler cloud based proxy settings;
    •Manage Wireless infrastructure;
    •Solarwinds NPM, daily monitoring tasks;
    •Documentation: network diagrams and procedures;
    •Design future network development.
