Customer Service Representative/Customer Support - multinational company

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
Communication skills - verbal and written
Listening skills
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Attention to detail and accuracy
Speaks English at a good level (a necessary requirement).

Responsibilities:

Manage the incoming calls
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Manage complaints received by email or Facebook
Manage the internal ticketing system.
