    Requirements

    • University Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Electronics
    • Analytical, problem resolution skills
    • Proactive business orientation, with demonstrated attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in execution. Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects and execute accordingly;
    • Minimum 4 years’ experience
    • Attention to detail, pro-active, hands-on, drive to be successful;
    • Excellent SAP knowledge ; Excellent knowledge MS Office
    • Excellent English knowledge (writing and speaking) German language is a plus
    • Team player;

    Responsibilities

    a) Develops strong business relationships with internal and external suppliers
    b) Participates all aspects of purchasing, negotiation, strategy, implementation of the process;
    c) Purchases materials, equipment, consumables in accordance with Filtration Group policies, standards and procedures;
    d) Analyzes and evaluates suppliers for the goods and services requested;
    e) Track orders and ensure that they comply with established agreements and contracts. report nonconformities;
    f) Identify opportunities and implement actions to achieve efficiency;
    g) Develop and maintain a reliable supplier base;
    h) Maintain records of goods ordered and received;
    i) Complies with Filtration Group Standards.
    j) Assist in meeting purchasing and contract financial objectives by costing forecasted requirements, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions to meet current cost targets for current and future projects
    k) Monitor supplier performance through supplier evaluations
    l) Participate at internal & external audits
    m) Check the accuracy of information so that it met all the requirements of internal procedures;
    n) Periodic evaluations of suppliers and market;
    o) Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales;
    p) Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs
    q) Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy;
    r) Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability;
    s) Prepares various documents and projects required by superiors.
