    Philip Morris Trading SRL, based in Bucharest, is responsible for the sale and merchandizing of PMI brands throughout the country.     Philip Morris Romania SRL is our manufacturing factory based in Otopeni and employs more than 700 people. The factory has recently received a 490 million euro investment in becoming a new tobacco products – HEETS for the IQOS tobacco heating system.     Skills and Qualifications:
    - Analyzing Information , Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Software Testing, Software Development Process;
    - Fluency in business processes and process differentiation;
    - Communication, Technical Understanding, Teamwork;
    - MS Office, special/advanced excel skills are required;
    - Project Management/SCRUM Certification, SQL/MySQL and BPMN is a plus;

    YOU in cooperation with business and IS dept., continuously enhance commercial systems' functionality as well as plan, implement, maintain and continuously develop reporting solutions for RRP and Sales teams.

    YOU will have excellent analytical and technical skills, proficient in Project management/SCRUM and experience in collaborating across various business partners within the organization. Synthesize and analyze information from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Partner with various teams to identify key information gaps and plan to provide that information.

    YOU will lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation, managing project scope, adjusting schedules when necessary, determining daily priorities, ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones, following proper escalation paths, and managing customer and supplier relationships.

    YOU are an experienced in analyzing sales figures with an understanding of sales, volume trending and business modeling as well as solid technical IS and Project Management skills. You are a professional who has been working in a business planning function or similar role with 3-5 years’ experience and been part of various project teams who deployed different sales projects (. ERP, CRM, BI platforms, etc).


    YOU will support our new Reduced Risk Product (RRP) venture in Romania by developing new reporting solutions and enhancing existing sales systems' functionality by accumulating current and future requirements and by performing all necessary tests prior to release to the end users.

    YOU will design, develop and maintain reporting applications focused on recipients' needs and provide accurate and prompt reporting, in order to support RRP and Sales teams.

    YOU will develop business requirement and maintain applications and databases by evaluating internal client needs.

    YOU will arrange project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and logic.

    YOU will guarantee the integrity and appropriate management of SFA databases and ensure the delivery of training to end users.

    YOU will plan and perform UAT/IT test.

    YOU will prepare and provide training on various solutions developed.
