    Requirements

    2+ years of previous recruiting experience (highly preferable international recruitment)
    Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business in English & Romanian
    People oriented, flexible and mindful of company resources
    Flexibility to do broad range of complex routine and non-routine work tasks
    Strong work ethic with a positive can-do attitude
    Ability to operate with significant autonomy
    Very well organized and good time management
    German language is a plus

    Responsibilities

    Develop and implement selection and sourcing strategies
    Prepare the selection criteria as well as the job ads
    Identify active and passive candidates using various channels
    Drive the job offer process, salary recommendations, and negotiations
    Communicate effectively with the hiring managers and senior stakeholders
