    Studii superioare;
    Minim 3 ani de experienta intr-un rol similar;
    Limba Engleza - nivel avansat;
    Persoana organizata, responsabila, capabila sa ia decizii si sa supravegheze activitatile.

    Responsabilitati

    Conceperea si redactarea documentelor;
    Arhivarea corespodentei si a documentelor firmei;
    Gestionarea apelurilor telefonice;
    Organizarea deplasarilor persoanelor din conducerea firmei (agenda, rezervari/confirmari transport si cazare);
    Asigurarea activitatilor de protocol si secretariat;
    Achizitia si distributia consumabilelor si a produselor de papetarie-birotica necesare atat sediului cat si punctelor de lucru.
