Main requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar position in another bank
- Very good analytical and strategic thinking skills and judgment, along with the ability to communicate complex issues in a structured and concise manner
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Willingness and ability to communicate with colleagues also in other countries
- Ability to communicate and cooperate with the senior management of business clients on a level playing field
- Good level of English knowledge
- Driving license

Main responsibilities:
- Builds and maintain a portfolio of business clients.
- Establishes meetings with potential new clients and visits them at their business premises
- Identifies the client’s real financial needs
- Prepares the complete business offer and proposes it to the client
- Provides an excellent customer care to the bank’s clients
- Constant monitoring of the development of business portfolio
- Observes relevant market trends and developments
