Good analytical skills;
Customer support knowledge is a plus;
Excellent oral and written English communication skill;
Networking knowledge – beginner minimum;
Experience with gambling applications is considered a pl;
SQL knowledge is preferred;
Microsoft Windows and Office suite experience;
Remote access and virtualization technologies knowledge;
Willing to work in shifts: 7:30/15:00 and weekends: 5 days out of 7 contract.
Respond to queries coming on written and spoken channels from internal customers across the world;
Analyze and troubleshoot issues, regardless of how they come in;
Monitor various High Availability tools and servers;
Proactively monitor and supervise workings of servers, applications and service availability.
