Department Description
The Utilities Global Business Unit (UGBU) is a group of industry specialists focused on the Utilities Industry, primarily the providers and managers of electric, water and gas services. In the UGBU, the Enablement Team is an international and virtual team in charge of equipping the entire organization (Product development, Sales, Consultants, and Managers) with the right knowledge and platforms in order to address all new business challenges and learn what is required for them to perform as expected. The UGBU Enablement Team is in charge of creating training to deploy into the various oracle systems as well as making it available to UGBU employees via an internal platform.

Brief Posting Description
The Learning Developer/ Training Development Specialist will create e-learning modules having a specific content/design and in strong collaboration with the Instructional Designer.

Detailed Description
As a Learning Developer within the UGBU Enablement team, you will mainly be responsible for developing training module options in various scenarios under tight deadlines with high quality standards.
Your role is to provide several learning content presentation options, implement, test, document them and send the project to publishing.
You will be key for keeping up to date with the learning standards and providing new learning designs to the stakeholders.
Particular attention to details and visual esthetics are key for the day to day activity.
In addition, being able to help the team on other topics related to training development will be part of the activities according to the team objectives and priorities.

• Familiar with e-learning development tools such as: Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline or others
• Flexible and proactive.
• Able to effectively multi-task, prioritize, schedule, provide time estimations and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Organized, professional, and motivated.
• Ability to operate independently and as part of a larger, very collaborative team; ability to develop working relationships with other internal groups to meet objectives and complete tasks.
• Willingness to work with world-wide development and information development teams.
• Travel may be required.
Useful:
• Experience in creating graphics, animations, demos, tutorials, video-editing and other visual elements
• UX/UI experience
