The Utilities Global Business Unit (UGBU) is a group of industry specialists focused on the Utilities Industry, primarily the providers and managers of electric, water and gas services. In the UGBU, the Enablement Team is an international and virtual team in charge of equipping the entire organization (Product development, Sales, Consultants, and Managers) with the right knowledge and platforms in order to address all new business challenges and learn what is required for them to perform as expected. The UGBU Enablement Team is in charge of creating training to deploy into the various oracle systems as well as making it available to UGBU employees via an internal platform.
Brief Posting Description
Under the responsibility of the Enablement Lead, you will create training content based on the design from the Instructional Designer with the possibility of growing in that role if desired.
The job consists of creating options for complex scenarios and demonstrating the ability to execute to a high standard under tight deadlines.
As a member of the UGBU Enablement team, you will mainly be responsible for training creation activities, by developing options, implementing the option chosen, testing them and documenting them. You will be key to the leverage and discovery of new learning designs and new learning proposals to our stakeholders.
A particular attention to details and esthetic is needed to perform the job as expected.
In addition, being able to help the team on other topics related to training development will be part of the activities according to the team objectives and priorities.
Profile / Skills:
- Experience in creating help and/or instructional training with development tools such as Articulate Studio and Storyline.
- Experience reviewing user interfaces to ensure quality and consistency of style standards.
- Ability to operate independently and as part of a larger, very collaborative team; ability to develop working relationships with other internal groups to meet objectives and complete tasks.
- Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, schedule, and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Organized, professional, and motivated.
- Willingness to work with world-wide development and information development teams.
- Assist with course roadmap
- Develop elearning course
- Some EMEA or global travel may be required to support some of the activities
