    Cerinte

    - proven experience with CRM systems, Salesforce.com is preferable
    - process measurement analysis and delivery, including data from the marketing automation platform (MAP), CRM system, Web analytics and finance systems to drive root cause analysis and data-driven improvement recommendations
    - familiar with sales- and marketing-specific process creation and evolution such as lead management, planning, campaign implementation, content operations and data management
    - content management (including Web content) knowledge’s
    - project management experience desirable, including the rollout of new processes and technologies (e.g. Marketo, CRM) to sales and marketing audiences
    - breadth of knowledge of contemporary marketing communication practices (Internet marketing, demand generation, social media marketing, content marketing etc.)
    - understanding of how a marketing organization operates
    - excellent Microsoft Office package knowledge’s (Excel, Projects, Power Point, Word, Visio – a plus)
    - experience to work with large data bases – Business Intelligence
    - strong data evaluation skills – with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources and transform it into insights and recommendations
    - gained experience with data standardization and normalization

    - english – Written & Spoken fluent, other language – would be a plus
    - BA/BS (or equivalent) in Marketing, IT, Finance or other related disciplines

    Responsabilitati

    - work close with the businesses to understand and align the business requirements for an efficient process design and management
    - orchestrates the design of the business process including the identification of the process’s suppliers, customer(s), their requirements and the way in which the process adds value for them
    - ensures the process is executed as designed, addresses problems as they arise and escalates issues as needed to senior leadership
    - establishes a set of metrics and targets for process performance that are aligned with the organization’s strategy and reflect the value that the customer(s) of the process expect
    - conduct gaps analysis to determine the status and quality of existing processes and workflows
    - audit and document the processes and data schema workflows
    - work close with Technology specialist and Lead Management Specialist to improve continuously the quality and measurement for a solid Lead Management Process
    - work with other functions (e.g. sales excellence, IT) to design and implement process efficiency
    - drives improvements to the process, whether in the form of smaller continuous improvement efforts or larger transformational projects whereby the end-to-end process; is re-engineered to produce major improvements in a short period of time
    - collaborates with other process owners and functional managers to ensure that changes to business processes do not negatively interfere with end-to-end process performance
    - leads the implementation, maintenance and evolution of technology used to support the process
    - for all managed processes, creates training documentation and run trainings with all process participants
    - active participation and support for budgeting and planning for marketing activities
    - communicate process and workflows implementation status, progress and success
