Tool Manager

HILL International has been working on the Romanian market since the 90’s, successfully conducting searches for top management and middle management roles in the Finance, Marketing, Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, Operations, Computers and Information Technology areas for international and multinational companies present in Romania (Agribusiness, Automotive, BPO/Call Center, Finance/Banking, Construction/Chemical/Plastic, FMCG, Oil&Gas, Pharma, Transportation/Logistics, etc).

We are welcoming candidates with background in Supply Chain Management, Production Management, Internal Logistic Management or equivalent, technical knowledge of cutting tools being a plus.
Your good command of English, together with your experience in working with IT systems (such as SAP, good knowledge of Microsoft Office package - especially Excel) represents useful tools in successfully completing your job.

From the Tool Manager position you will work at customer's site, being responsible for daily operations regarding disposition, procurement, warehouse management in order to ensure supply chain for the customers’ tools, following the implemented process and established systems.
You will coordinate all technical optimization processes, having the opportunity to bring your direct contribution to increase efficiency of the provided tools and solutions for the ongoing processes on the client site. Having a liaison role, you will be in charge with communication process between the customer and your organization, making sure that you provide them all information needed regarding ongoing activities and the projects status.
Making use of the accurate software tools, you will ensure all the documentation of processes and process changes on site.
Furthermore, relying on your experience and expertise as well as on the customer's feedback, you will convey valuable input for further development of the Tool Management processes.
