    VON Consulting is an HR Consultancy company, providing solutions and services in the following areas: recruitment and executive search, personnel leasing, payroll, administration and training.


    - 1-2 years of experience on a similar position in a multinational environment is a plus, but not mandatory;
    - Experience with procuring, negotiating and working with third party outsource providers/subcontractors.
    - Fluent English written and spoken;
    - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel;
    - SAP knowledge preferred;
    - Negotiation skills;
    - Very good management and organization skills, able to multitask;
    - Very good communication skills, self-driven, customer-oriented attitude, able to work with deadlines;
    - Team player
    - Capacity to perform highly, both individually and within a team.
    - Student / University graduate.


    - Managing all incoming orders and place Purchase Requests in our internal ordering system, in line with the Procurement and Finance procedures;
    - Get offers from vendors and negotiate better conditions (price, payment terms, etc.);
    - Researching potential vendors and organize BIDs;
    - Vendor setup process;
    - Send purchase orders to suppliers, if necessary;
    - Invoice management;
    - Solve purchase related issues, from order to payment;
    - Purchase order monitoring (following up, cancelling, postponing and speeding up the purchasing process);
    - Periodically perform Purchase Order maintenance;
    - Performs other duties as assigned, in line with job requirements.
