    Specific Job Requirements:
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English

    • Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)


    Your main responsibilities will be:
    • Performs tasks to establish and maintain employee and payroll records
    • Work closely with the payroll supplier to ensure employees are paid timely and accurately
    • Processes new hire paperwork
    • Processes, verifies, and maintains personnel related documentation
    • Responsible of the medical check
    • Responsible of Health and Safety
    • Manage recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews
    • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits and schedules
    • Managing the relation with the candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
    • Provide help to colleagues on any HR related issue
    • Be involved in HR administrative process
    • Run reports as necessary
