    A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.



    * You are responsible for the maximization of value in the development process.
    * You cooperate in a collaborative way with all roles in order to define the best strategy for Product Backlog Item prioritization. On the one hand, you are an expert who negotiates with the project stakeholders to clarify requirements and on the other hand, you talk to the Development Te4am and define the next steps in the development process.

    Knowledge, skills and abilities: * Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development; * Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc * Negotiation skills * Communication skills * Good English language knowledge * Product Owner certification is a plus
