    The position will prepare a wide variety of complex, sensitive, confidential data and presentations and must maintain confidentiality at all times. Requests for action or information must be handled and/or relayed in an efficient and timely manner to appropriate staff members.
    Purpose: Serve as initial point of contact in greeting internal customers. Provide administrative assistance to respective team(s). Must demonstrate ideal Passion, Accountability, Customer Focus and Teamwork behaviors and apply Courage, Performance-Minded, Strategic Thinking, Decision Making and Communication skills. The position will prepare a wide variety of complex, sensitive, confidential data and presentations and must maintain confidentiality at all times.     Education/Experience Qualifications:

    A minimum of a post-high school education (college, vocational school or specialized training) is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
    Certificate / Diploma with some related working experience or equivalent will be also considered.
    One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
    An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

    Responsabilitati

    Key Job Accountabilities:

    Responsible for supporting the Project Managers with mutually agreed upon designated tasks to drive the overall success of business development and/or job related activities in an independent manner requiring minimal oversight. Accurate and timely tracking of financial elements and project status to key project stakeholders, and in some instances the Plexus customer, is critical.
    Perform secretarial functions such as drafting correspondence, handling travel arrangements, preparation of reports and presentation, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, handling inquires and performing tasks as required by superior.
    Responsible for providing advanced administrative support assigned task by the directors and exercises independent judgement in handling calls, maintaining schedule and calendar.
    Makes independent decisions within established guidelines to support the planning, scheduling and execution of various site events including meetings and training sessions.
    Additional Accountabilities:

    Responsible for supporting the proposal creation process including coordination of all proposal inputs, quote kick-off tasks, and proposal reviews.
    Prepare meeting agendas and briefings, maintains meeting notes and arranges for implementation of action items.
    Responsible for working with the Site Management team to create and monitor metrics to reflect the performance of the site
    Effectively manages and prioritizes multiple assignments and deadlines
    Promptly responds to urgent requests.
